Our global warehouses distributed in the following countries/areas: The United States, Europe, Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong, and other areas. Our products are stocked at different warehouses, then we can fulfill the order separately based on the location of the inventory. We will give priority to arrange the delivery from the warehouse in your local area or the warehouses near you. If an item is oversold, then assign the order to the priority location where the item is stocked.
The packaging varies based on the number and size of items ordered. We typically ship items in CMR® original box. Each individual shoe is wrapped in a shoe bag for extra protection. Each pair of the shoes is packed in one shoe boxes to guarantee that the shoes will arrive in good condition.
To determine the estimated shipping cost to ship any item to your desired address, you may select any item and the estimated shipping cost will be displayed in your cart. The shipping rates are displayed on your shopping cart page, with a map showing your location and the option to select a different location. You are NOT obligated to make the purchase or provide a payment method if you do not choose to proceed to checkout.
The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once your actual destination address in inserted on the shipping page.
Shipping Guarantee offers premium protection and safety for your valuable items during international shipping. We'll reship your package immediately at no extra charge if it's reported lost or shoes are damaged. It is optional, you will be able to uncheck it if you do not need the shipping insurance.

CMR® Shoes processes online orders 7 days a week with some exceptions such as holidays. We typically process and package online orders placed before 5:00 pm EST on the same day an order is placed. Online orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed the following business day. Orders with a large number of items or custom orders may take 2 or more additional days to process. While we process orders 7 days a week, DHL picks up shipments from our warehouse Monday through Saturday, with some exceptions including holidays.
CMR® Shoes does not assume any responsibility for any delays with shipping an order or the manner it was delivered after it is transferred to the possession of DHL or any other carrier.

10) If you address is remote areas where is out of the DHL service, we need to charge extra $30 for the shipping fee.
1.We usually print per pair of shoes value $10-$20 in the invoice, saying those shoes are samples for you to lower the duties cost.
2.We are currently experiencing delays with parcels due to increased volumes across the countries as well as continued COVID-19 restrictions. These delays will mostly impact orders that are being sent between Countries which seriously affected by the epidemic. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
